Fully paid orders which have been authorised by our card processor will be dispatched to you on the same or the next working day. Orders containing only flat wrap, with the delivery option "Folded in a Hard Backed Envelope" will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class delivery service. Orders containing flat wap, with the delivery option "Rolled in a Postal Tube" , AND orders containing roll wrap where the delivery option "Packaged Roll Wrap" is selected will be sent by My Hermes Courier standard service. Most Royal Mail Second Class parcels and My Hermes parcels are delivered between 3-5 days after dispatch however we would recommend allowing 7 working days for your order to arrive, and longer at busier times of year such as Christmas. The following shipping options are available for your orders. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option for the products you are ordering, failing to select the correct delivery option may result in a delay in your order being dispatched):
Do you ship to any destinations outside of the UK? Unfortunately we do not ship to destinations outside of the UK at this time. Do you offer next day delivery? At the moment, we can only offer your order to be sent by Royal Mail Second Class delivery, or by MyHermes Courier. How are your delivery charges calculated? The following shipping charges apply:
How do the product images compare to the products? Our team endeavor to ensure that the closest match possible is made between the photographs of the products and the products themselves. However due to lighting, the reflectiveness of the paper, and differing batches of paper at the manufacturer you may find a small difference in the colour of the product when compared with the product image on the website. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Funky Wrapping does it utmost to ensure that all items arrive perfectly intact and of the highest quality. However, if the item is damaged please inform us immediately by emailing: info@funkywrapping.com You must notify Funky Wrapping within 30 days of receipt of any damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please then package the item up (we recommend using the original packaging we sent the item in) and send it back to us with a valid receipt of the costs incurred to you for postage. Once we have received the item we will refund the original purchase cost of the item, plus the original delivery charge for that item, and postage cost for posting the item back to us. Refunds are made to the card that was originally used to pay for the order. Note: Delivery charges incurred to you for posting the item back to us will only be refunded when a valid receipt is supplied. For customers living within the European Union only: Items returned within the 7 day cooling off period: By law, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the original cost of the item and the original delivery cost of sending the item to you. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely (we recommend using the original packaging we sent the item in) and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Once we have received the item in its original condition we will refund the original cost of the item and the original delivery cost of sending the item to you. Refunds are made to the card that was originally used to pay for the order. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Funky Wrapping is concerned to ensure that your right to privacy online is maintained. Every time you order goods from us we will ask you for your name, email and postal address, your telephone number and your credit card details. Funky Wrapping will use your information to fulfill your order and may provide you with information from time to time about our services, special offers and other initiatives. Funky Wrapping does not share your information with any other companies or individuals except to the extent that is necessary to complete your order. Funky Wrapping takes appropriate steps to ensure that your privacy is maintained. Access to your personal information is restricted to those members of Funky Wrapping staff who require such access in order to carry out their duties. We do not currently, and will not in the future, provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission. However your credit card details will need to be provided to companies who authorise and process payment.
